Located in the Central area of each of the 13 talukas, this city centre, Servam, will have a bal- mandir, a one stop shop, and a health club. Each of the building module is designed to repeat itself to accommodate other functions in order to expand. This will try to create an identity for itself as a local landmark for the citizens to identify with. This will be identical to its district level facility forming the larger conglomeration. It will follow the concept of sustainable and nature friendly architecture, of the main district level complex. It is an effort to promote the Swadeshi Spirit.
